... I came the conclusion that therm " retro " too was a wank ... i´ts just another marketing gimmick to be jumped on and raped for a short while untill it´s over. Surfboard design, the boards that we are making and riding is not an old idea, this is new ... it´s a cuttin edge.
This is not retro, it´s a classic surfing and classic surfing has always and will always have a place within surfing. These boards we are working on have the best elements of the 70´s glide plan shapes, but with modern rail configurations, rockers and fin set ups. It´s style, trim and flow ... it´s funcionality with performance in mind ... not performance with competition in mind. SURFING IS ART AND ART HAS STYLE.
